Why should you switch to Droid from iPhone? Being in love with iPhone 3GS for almost a year now. I love and hate the iPhone at the same time. Love the design, easy of use, and tons of free apps and cheap apps. Hate dropped calls, hate the spotty 3G network. Downloading and uploading on AT&T’s network is fast as long as you have good reception. You can surely find a reliable spot and your iPhone has always had good connection and no dropped calls there. But what good is a mobile phone if you can take it anywhere you go?
Ever since the Droid came out, I have been wondering should I switch from iPhone to Verizon Droid? Am I going to get the same benefits as the iPhone without the annoying dropped calls? Verizon Droid is by far the best Android phone from Google and one of the only 2 Android phones (the other one is Droid Eris) available on Verizon Wireless. Being the first real challenger to the iPhone, Droid does have many advantages – physical full QWERTY keyboard, integrated Google services like Map, GMail, Calendar, Google Talk, and more. What make the Droid more attractive to me than the iPhone are the larger and more reliable 3G network from Verizon Wireless.
Droid is the only smartphone that’s worth competing with the iPhone. If I were you, I would switch from iPhone to Droid right now.
